But if you are still having trouble logging on, there's a simple solution: delete your cookies! If you are using IE, the directions to delete your cookies are: Tools --> Internet Options... --> General --> Temporary Internet Files --> Delete Cookies...--> OK Don't worry if you have a slight pause after you click [Delete Cookies...] and [OK]; this is natural.
