softlab
Can you try accessing this page for me? http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082 --------------- OR --------------- http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082 Do you get an error when attempting to view one of those two pages? Thanks for the immediate answer. Yes, I get the same error for both pages. More, if I try to reach the address http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/status.php?username=softlab to see the status of my account in the creation queue, I see a page saying Either we could not find that account in the database, or it has already become active. If you're seeing an "Account Queued" page, please wait an additional 24 hours. If you aren't seeing anything, please refresh your browser's cache. Hope helps. jje
You might be behind a firewall that is blocking port 2082. Read this wiki article for more information and how to use port 80: http://wiki.helionet.org/How_to_access_cPanel
