mfred Posted October 17, 2011 Share Posted October 17, 2011 Sorry to bother you guys, but there seems to be some problem with my account/website, I can log into cpanel, but the site is not loading - shows suspended page, when I try to unsuspend I get : "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error" Not sue where the problem may be, as cpanel/email is working, can do backup etc, I cleared the cache, different computer, waited couple of days (as I read on the forum that you had some sort of problems) etc, the site is static only html/csc thank you for your attention to this matter martinn stevie rapierconsulting.com Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
