Having you been sending a ton of spam email, or hosting porn, or hosting illegal software, or malicious software, or causing high server load, or running a phishing site, or exceeding your cron limit, or infringing upon copyright laws, or anything else that you can think of? There are literally thousands of other accounts that aren't getting suspended. If I had to venture a guess I would say that you were probably sending spam emails. Our two servers got listed on spamhaus.org three times in just a matter of a few weeks. When that happens it means that NO ONE on the entire server can send or receive emails. So, obviously that is not fair to all the accounts that aren't abusing our email servers. For these reasons we had to crack down and suspend a lot of accounts.
