You need not provide the IP , try using name server alone.

 

i had a similar problem when i did with my domain.

I sent an email to registro.br and I'm at a kind of deadlock, see the response:

A configuração estará correta quando a resposta for: "Autoridade sobre o domínio".

O problema deve ser resolvido pela empresa que administra este servidor DNS.

It means, my http://registro.br only will accept the change at DNS server after I add the domain at heliohost, and heliohost only will accept the adition of domain after http://registro.br accept the change of DNS.
