craigis Posted November 9, 2012 Share Posted November 9, 2012 That used to go to a page that was made by another member of Heliohost which must have been moved deleted etc. The best option you could use at the moment would be http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/5055-support-faq-read-this-first-updated-050111/ Or to try the wiki at http://wiki.helionet.org/ An admin of the forum should change that link when they get a chance unless Cl58 creates that page again. Krydos Posted November 9, 2012 Share Posted November 9, 2012 cl58, the admin who maintains the support faq site, got hit by superstorm hurricane Sandy so we're all hoping he's still doing ok. We did hear from him on November 4th after the first storm rolled through, but he had been out of power for a few days. Then the nor'easter rolled through and dumped tons of snow on the whole area so I'm guessing he's without power again. Anyways, I fixed the link, but cl58 can change it back to his nicer looking version when he has electricity if he wants to. Thanks for pointing out that the link was broken.
