[Solved] Site Not Allways Accessible

hey,

i have the hosting account active for a while now (a few months) and i have noticed that for some people and somtimes me on diferent computers

there is no access to the site. it is redirected to GoDaddy (my domain name provider) saying it is parked there.

i noticed that it can be available to one computer and not to another one at the same time even if they are under the same WIFI/ LAN network.

 

after some research on the web i can to the conclusion that the problem might be with my MX records / Cname records or something like that.

 

is there any chance someone from the support team can take a look at it?

my domain is elbaz.me

Your NS records point to domaincontrol.com, as does an MNAME.

No, our NS's are ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org

i changed it, and i still have the same issue... some computers can access it and some cant find it...

This link http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=elbaz.me&rec=NS will say ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org when it is changed. It may take up to 24 hours to show up though. If you're having trouble getting it set you might have to contact your registrar for help.
