Shinryuu Posted January 2, 2013 Share Posted January 2, 2013 The DNS for that domain is correct and visiting the URL yields an index listing, so your account appears to be set up, have you tried loggin via http://cpanel.elxier.info , http://elxier.info/cpanel , or the bottom of http://heliohost.org/ ?
