Krydos Posted February 16, 2013 Share Posted February 16, 2013 The other thread wasn't closed prematurely. ICE IT unsuspended your account, and it was active and working fine for roughly 36 hours. The reason it's suspended now is because you never logged in while it was active, and when a staff member unsuspends an account it doesn't count as your 30 day login so then it got suspended again, but this time for inactivity which you can fix yourself. Also, the way topics getting closed on the forums works is if it's flagged as [solved] the thread stays open for 48 hours for users to add additional information to the thread or report that it isn't actually solved after all. If there are no new posts for 48 hours then the thread is closed to keep the forum clean and tidy. If someone posts on a solved thread every 48 hours or less it can stay open forever. Your account was suspended for inactivity. To reactivate your account, please visit http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew.
