crashmultiz
when i try to enter my domain name to another host, it says this Domain streetrp.net is already hosted, try with different domain (#0088). so im guessing the domain is still being hosted here even though i deleted my account my domain is streetrp.net
Shinryuu
Your domain shows no DNS records so I'd contact your other host's customer service department and ask them. http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=streetrp.net&rec=ALL

crashmultiz
how long does it take to remove a account from you guys
Shinryuu
Deletions are usually instantaneous. Your account is not in the user database, so like I said, talk to your new host's customer service and ask them why they're blocking your account creation, most likely they already have an entry for your domain and that's the source of the error. Ice IT Support
Most likely your new host requires NS records to be set like HelioHost does. You should be able to find the values for those records in the host's FAQ section.

As I said in my previous post, you need to configure your domain to point to your other host, whether it be NS, A, or CNAME records. To set these records, login to your domain registrar's website and use their domain control panel. Your registrar appears to be Dynadot (dynadot.com) based on this WHOIS query: http://who.is/whois/streetrp.net
Krydos
If you want to host that domain with us we can help you with that, but if you want to host that domain with another hosting provider you really need to talk to them about it. We cannot provide support for your registrar and random other hosting providers. No matter how friendly and helpful our staff is it's kind of waste of our time to provide support for a service we aren't even in control of. You have to ask them to remove the DNS zone for the domain
