But as soon as i sign up, i get a mail saying :- Dear davaj,Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: Please visit http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/signup.php and try to signup again. Regards,HelioHost Staff And there is no error. The IT department/admin removed all the references to jamesnb.com which fixed the DNS entry already exists error, but I still can't register. I got an error message with no content. Krydos Posted August 18, 2013 Share Posted August 18, 2013 I have located a global issue that was causing all new accounts on Johnny to fail to be created with no error message. It should all be working now. I have merged the three similar topics. Try creating your account now. Let us know if you're still having any issues creating your Johnny account.
