lani1234
I received an email saying my account was installed and added to the creation queue, but when I check my status, I get a message saying "Either we could not find that account in the database, or it has already become active. If you're seeing an "Account Queued" page, please wait an additional 24 hours. If you aren't seeing anything, please refresh your browser's cache". I have refreshed my cache but I am getting the same message. Please advise.
Byron
You need to wait at least 24 hours after you've registered your account.
lani1234
Ok. I'm sorry, I thought I was supposed to check the queue to see where the account is in line to be created. I will give it more time.
Krydos
Accounts are generally created within seconds of submitting your information. That script you used to check your place in line is from long ago when it used to take hours or days to even get your account created. The recommended url to log into your account is http://heliohost.org/ and it should work within minutes of submitting your account for creation unless there is a problem. Preliminary steps have been taken to giving users some idea of how long the queued page will show instead of their content, but it hasn't been finished yet. For now we just tell people to wait roughly 24 hours and clear their cache a lot.
