souravndp Posted March 3, 2014 Share Posted March 3, 2014 I tried to add an domain in my cpanel as an addon domain to my account. domain name--happybirthday.eu.orgI got the following error--"Error from domain wrapper: happybirthday.sourav1.heliohost.org is owned by another user."can someone please explain the error and help me to avoid the error? also please explain why happybirthday is a subdomain? At the moment, they are pointing to: Name Server:AUTH1.DNS.ELM.NETName Server:NS2.ABSOLIGHT.NETName Server:NS1.ABSOLIGHT.NETName Server:DNS3.GANDI.NETName Server:NS-SLAVE.FREE.ORGName Server:NS-V6.EU.ORGName Server:NTP.SENTRION.EUName Server:NS.BORTZMEYER.EU.ORG cPanel doesn't allow you to host domains that aren't located on our servers.You have to go to your domain provider to change the Name Server records.Then you need to wait 24 to 48h so they are actually changed and then you can add the domain here.
