It looks like Johnny was partially creating accounts so if you use the same username as a previous attempt it might still result in an error. If you are unable to create a username on Johnny let us know on this thread and we can manually clear out the partially created account. Otherwise Johnny should be creating account as usual now. takito Posted June 28, 2014 Share Posted June 28, 2014 Hello again, I tried to create my account a few times... and each time i got some issue... :\The steps i made are:1.I tried to sign up from this page: http://www.heliohost.org/home/signup and i choose Johnny server3.I got the "Hosting Account Installed!" Email4.i got another Email with the subject "HelioHost Account Error" which said:Dear takito,Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: Sorry, a group for that username already exists. Please visit http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/signup.php and try to signup again. Regards,HelioHost Staff 5. I followed the instruction on the Email and signed up using http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/signup.php6. This time the account created successfully BUT it was on Stevie and not Johnny.7. I deleted the account using "http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete"8. I tried to sign up again using http://www.heliohost.org/home/signup and picking up Johnny, but i got the same errors again...I'm frustrated, Can you PLEASE clean up everything and create the account for me ? yashrs Posted June 28, 2014 Share Posted June 28, 2014 Try signing up with another username(because you have used the same username every time) and let us know the result. Either way, if you want to use the same username, Krydos can manually clear out the partially created account which results in the error that "the username already exists".
