rifan02 Posted August 14, 2014 Share Posted August 14, 2014 i had a previous account on johny server "rifan02" and i wanted to move to stevie,so i deleted it.After it got deleted i tried to sign up again with the same username and i got a error messsage stating that "Sorry, a DNS entry for jbldruglaboratories.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the DNS cluster)".So please take a look. rifan02 Posted August 14, 2014 Author Share Posted August 14, 2014 I signed up again and now i am getting a "404 Not Found" titled cgi page stating"Not Found",is that normal and shouldn't i get a account queued page?Note:had to change domain cause I forgot to change ".heliohost.org" into ".com" from the drop down list during signup.I AM REALLY SORRY IF I AM CAUSING ANY TROUBLE TO YOU GUYS,i am just beginning to learn web management.
