tstamphaus Posted October 27, 2015 Share Posted October 27, 2015 Hi all, Within my account (stamp) I have two MySQL databases that - since a couple of days - are inaccessibele and reduced to 0.0kb size... The both are still listed within the 'MySQL Databases' menu of cPanel but when starting the 'Check DB' I get the error 'Error from MySQL query: DBD::mysql::db do failed: Unknown database 'stamp_lb' Failed to use stamp_lb: Unknown database 'stamp_lb'' Anything you can do for me to fix this? Krydos Posted October 28, 2015 Share Posted October 28, 2015 The databases listed should now be visible to your root mysql account. You may need to delete, recreate, and reassign permissions to any database users that should have access to the affected databases. If phpmyadmin doesn't log in properly or you don't see the database there change your account password and this should sync up the mysql/cpanel passwords.
