iagobado Posted December 11, 2015 Share Posted December 11, 2015 Hi Sometimes, when my app try to connect to my PLSQL Database gets this error: Connection Refused: could not fork new process for connection: Resource temporarily unavailable My Database is iagobado.heliohost.org:5432 why it's this happening? it's really annoying. wolstech Posted December 11, 2015 Share Posted December 11, 2015 If you're on Stevie, you probably hit the process limit. Check to see if a php script runs while you're getting the error. Odds are you'll get a 500 error. If on Johnny, the server is likely overloaded. The solution on Stevie is to use MySQL instead (it's not affected by the process limit), if on Johnny, you just have to try again later or move to Stevie.
