The admins have some ideas on how to prevent these crashes in the future and are implementing changes. We all hope that it doesn't happen again, but it's always a good idea to take backups of all of your information regularly even if the server isn't having issues. I'm not sure how many people got invites for Tommy, but if you have one, I'd recommend it. I moved my production site there last night...no regrets. If you don't have one, you can donate any amount $1 and up to get one the next time Krydos sends them out (I'm not sure how often this is).
