There's something wrong with the encryption for Tommy FTP. See here: http://www.helionet....a-cant-connect/

Not by SFTP.

Only plain FTP and FTPS work for me in Filezilla. Also tried WinSCP, same results.

I'm not having any problems with SFTP. The only thing different is I have to specify my default remote directory like this: /home/byron2/public_html

Is this how your SFTP is set up?

Yep. And I get the same log as everyone else. First part with the auth fail can be ignored because I typed my password wrong. Second session gave unexpected end-of-file:

That's because I didn't change your account settings any. Do your filezilla settings look like this? https://www.dropbox....ftp-s.png?raw=1

Can you please delete my account (emu) on Stevie so that I can make a new one on Tommy? The automated deletion form doesn't know me anymore.

I have already an invitation, but I suppose moving has to be done in two steps like this.

All Stevie accounts were deleted back in January. You should be able to just sign up.
