How can i deploy .war file on my heliohost hosted domain?

I don't know but have heard that many hosting companies provide support to java using the facility to deploy .war file.

Is it possible on heliohost?

Can i do so normally, with jsp permissions on my account activated?

IF possible, please provide a Step-by-step procedure so that i can do so here.

Help! Thanks.......

There are many valid ways that you can get your .war file uploaded onto your account, such as, FTP, Web Disk, or the built in cPanel File Manager. Whichever way you choose to access your files make sure you put your file at /home/username/MyHelioServlet.war. This is the location that the deployment script automatically looks for your file, and uploading it to any other location just makes extra work for the Heliohost staff.

Once you have your file successfully uploaded you can now request for it to be deployed by creating a new forum post in customer service. In your post make sure you state your username and the .war filename, which is MyHelioServlet in this case. If you want to be notified immediately when your servlet is deployed click Follow This Topic in the top right. Depending on your forum account settings you can set it up to receive an email as soon as someone replies to your topic. Once the .war file is deployed you should be able to access your servlet using a browser with a url similar to username.heliohost.org/MyHelioServlet

EDIT:

Users can now deploy their own .war files through the cpanel Java button once you have requested java access and it has been enabled.

Am having some questions over webdisk!

I have tried it and am successfully using it on my WINDOWS 8 and ANDROID.

But, I DIDN'T FOUND it SECURE!!!!!!!!!!

Once I have specified username and password, anyone is able to access the webdisk with a click!. having user and password, setting passwords for disk, REALLY MAKE NO SENSE, except you are accessing it from BROWSER, ALWAYS!

I have to lock the folder in which webdisk resides, have to make multiple adjustments - subfolders, then securing folders!!!!!!! and many more......WITH LOCAL PASSWORDS, Which are not secure!

Is there no way i can make it ask my webdisk username and password everytime I open the webdisk folder?

I don't think its the problem of windows. Windows can't control remote access. It will access what it gets! but the server should demand for passwords!.

MAY BE the ticket providing access to the webdisk has a large lifetime i guess!!!!!!

ANDROID Works good. But by securing the APP!!!! Again same!
