espdiego
Dear Support Head, I have an addon domain hosted at Johnny Server. I already reconfigured my domain, so the corresponding nameservers are now "ns1.heliohost.org" and "ns2.heliohost.org". I did this configuration 24 hours ago, however until now, I cannot access to the homepage with my domain name. I always get the "Account Queued" default page. Please correct my problem. Account : espdiegoAddon domain : esp-diego.mg Regards
wolstech
Have you added the domain to cPanel under parked or addon domains? I'm not seeing it associated with your account in our system.

wolstech
Can confirm it's a cache issue. I'm seeing a 403 Forbidden error for that domain.
