I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. wolstech Posted August 8, 2017 Share Posted August 8, 2017 Whatever script you are running is too heavy for our servers. Please remove the script immediately (based on your domain, you probably have a downloader script of some form...they are well known for getting people suspended). I've given you two chances to remove this script, so now I'l have the root admin delete it for you. If you reinstall it after it is removed and get suspended again, you will be permanently suspended. Krydos Posted August 9, 2017 Share Posted August 9, 2017 The load seems to be coming from/home/kolaysot/public_html/sv1/index.php I have unsuspended your cpanel, but left your website suspended so if someone goes to your domain it would show the suspended page still which will prevent your account from getting suspended again immediately. None of this really matters though since you're hosting your domain elsewhere now anyways. Since you're getting suspended for a file downloader I always recommend downloading the files directly to your computer rather than downloading them through our server as it causes massive amounts of pointless load.
