I've just donated to have a Tommy Server account and send PM to admin@heliohost.org.

So, Could you move my account from Johnny Server to Tommy Server with my settings and files?

I've already request remove my account from Johnny Server to move my account to Tommy Server.

You deleted your account, so at this point there is nothing to move.

 

For future reference, we can move accounts directly, but a donation is required. If you can't/don't want to donate, deleting your account and signing up again is the only option.

There is already a Tommy account created this morning with the email address dearmypet@outlook.com so I'm assuming you got your invite.

 

For anyone who searches and finds this, like it says at https://www.heliohost.org/tommy/ it can take up to 24 hours for a paypal or skrill donation to go through and the invitation sent. We're working to reimplement the instant invitation for a donation system we had before.
