IMAP, wrong password)?The reason you got blocked is because some computer or some device on your IP is trying to connect to mail with the wrong username or password. Sometimes people save a password in their phone and then change the password, but don't update their phone. The phone continues trying to download new messages with the wrong password and you get blocked. Something like that is happening.
