Krydos Posted January 1, 2018 Share Posted January 1, 2018 The reason we use a forum instead of a ticket system is so people can search and find solutions to their problems based on the past experiences of others. If everyone is always requesting all of the topics to be hidden then it kind of defeats the entire point. I think this thread has useful information that should be searchable.
