[Solved] Your Ip Has Been Blocked!

Recommended Posts

The IP address 81.1**.***.245 has been blocked for trying to log in to SFTP with the wrong password too many times. To prevent this from happening again in the future please make sure your username and password are saved correctly in your SFTP client.

Also. I wasn't able to login using SFTP/FTP at all.

This didn't work for me at all. any further suggestions? (Email: PhantomOffical@hotmail.com)

  • Open Filezilla
  • Click File >> Site Manager
  • Click New Site
  • Type "Johnny SFTP" and press enter
  • In Host field type "johnny.heliohost.org"
  • In Port field type "1373"
  • In Protocol dropdown select "SFTP - SSH File Transfer Protocol"
  • In Logon Type dropdown select "Normal"
  • In User field type your cPanel username
  • In Password field type your cPanel password
  • Click Connect
  • Approve the remote server key, and check the box to not ask you about this server again.

If you can't get SFTP to work you can also try regular FTP. Please be aware that this connection has zero encryption, and anyone who knows how will be able to see your data transferring in plain text including your password. So we highly recommend using SFTP.

Host: johnny.heliohost.org
Port: 21
Protocol: FTP
Encryption: Use plain FTP
Logon type: Normal
User: phantom9
Password: <same as cpanel>
