vinka
Hello Heliohost, When I tried to open my website this morning I sadly got the message that my account is suspended. Since I haven't violated the terms of service noted on the suspended page and I'm just hosting my personal project website with a simple phpbb3 support forum on the host, which I think could not have been using that much system resources. I have also noticed that my account is only "partially" suspended because I can for example still open my forums here: http://vinka.heliohost.org/forums/ but when I try to open my main website here: http://vinka.heliohost.org/ it does say that the account is suspended. Hopefully you can open up my website again and I'll do my best to optimize the forum settings to keep the resources as low as possible. wolstech
You're the second one now that I can't unsuspend on Ricky. It says you're not suspended, and manually suspending and unsuspending it doesn't help. Escalating.
vinka
Thanks for the update, perhaps a .htaccess file is misplaced somewhere on the ricky server? Some more information: I can also still access my files through the ftp and login to the cPanel. wolstech
@Byron: I restarted Apache around 6:15a EST and it seems to have fixed it. It's indeed loading fine now.
