aquaali Posted January 18, 2018 Share Posted January 18, 2018 (edited) Hi, I have some difficulties to parameter my domain name "aqua-alimenta.mg" My NameServers were already chosen as follow Nameserver 1 : ns1.heliohost.orgNameserver 2 : ns2.heliohost.org Is it possible for someone (an Administrtor) to do it for me, because I always get an error when doing it via CPanel/Addon Domain ? My domain name "aqua-alimenta.mg" is not in the list of Addon Domains of CPanel/Addon Domains. When I attempt to add it, I get the message "(XID jktyyz) The domain “aqua-alimenta.mg” already exists in the Apache configuration." Krydos Posted January 19, 2018 Share Posted January 19, 2018 Johnny does that sometimes. Create the subdomain aqua-alimenta.aquaali.heliohost.org.
