[HH#146869] Account Deactiviation

Hello there,

 

A while back a team and I were working on a project, and I wanted to login

to HelioHost, to look at some of the old databases and source code. It said

the email was not found, so I looked in this email, and found something

about reactivating the account. I clicked this link, but it doesn't seem to

be working. Can you give me any ideas to help fix this?

That is one I just created yesterday to test. Doesn't have all the needed

code.

This was months and months of hard work, and I just wanted to login and use

it for a different project. But it's gone... Where do you think it could be?

If your account was marked as inactive for a long period of time. It may now have been deleted. This is because of a lack of storage space we now have due to increased demand. We are currently buying new hardware.

 

How long ago did you last use your account?
