I uploaded my html file into public_html folder. But it does not work. I also added subdomain. Is it necessary? I wish to include cloudflare. But I click on full provisioning and it showed this Zone 'domain name' already exists and is verified., despite it use as inactive. Please help. wolstech Posted April 19, 2018 Share Posted April 19, 2018 I'd need to look at the settings when I get a chance, but you should be able to send mail with no configuration needed. If you added the domain to your account and can view your site, the DNS for receiving mail should already be set up as well. Please be advised though that last I checked, we are banned by Microsoft, so outlook.com and Hotmail.com addresses cannot send or receive mail from us. Sending mail to such an address will typically cause the mail to return undelivered. Mail sent to us from such an address just never arrives. You'll need to talk to whomever ipage.com is or change your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. Also I noticed you have a pretty nice domain.
