piltonca
I can't re-add a domain after it was deleted. I'm getting the following error: (XID rpy658) The domain “website-address” already exists in the Apache configuration.
wolstech
What domain is having the issue?
piltonca
callumpilton.co.uk The domain is working if you go to the URL. But is not visible at all in cPanel so i can't edit/change anything.
wolstech
Well that's odd. Tommy isn't known for this sort of issue. It's not showing in WHM for me, so I can't unpark it for you. Even stranger that it still works Usually these are broken when they end up half-created like this. Krydos will need to take a look at this. piltonca
Eek! Both the URL and mail-server are working fine - still getting emails through so it's really odd. Absolutely nothing appearing in cPanel relating to that domain though.
piltonca
I take it back... the mail-server isn't working anymore... just the domain. 550 The mail server could not deliver mail to callum@callumpilton.co.uk. The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries. Edited April 18, 2018 by piltonca
piltonca
Getting some really weird behaviour now... Cannot access the website, or Tommy from my WiFi/LAN. As soon as I switch to another network (eg. 4G), everything loads fine. It's like i've been IP blocked?
Krydos
Unblocked. You were blocked for failed imap login attempts. Likely due to the email address no longer existing. You'll just get blocked again unless you stop your mail client from trying to connect to non-existent addresses.
Krydos
Can you add the callumpilton.co.uk domain back on your account now?
piltonca
Thanks, I've stopped my mail clients. Still getting the same issue with the domain: (XID 6zsrjv) The domain “callumpilton.co.uk” already exists in the Apache configuration.
Krydos
Are you trying to create it as an addon domain, and if so what subdirectory should it point to?

piltonca
Looks like my IP got blocked again the second i turned back on my mail clients.I've deleted the old mail account from Tommy and created a new one. Hopefully this should now work okay? If so can you unlock me again please!
