belrinz Posted July 12, 2018 Share Posted July 12, 2018 Hi admins, I tried to create a new account with a new email account belrinz@europe.com but I am unable to use back the same sub domain "sports**..." After validating my email, it says my account has been registered before but in fact, this is a freshly created account. Are there any incorrect steps I made? Thank you.
