[Solved] .aspx pages on new Johnny server

Pretty much anything else...PHP, Java, Perl, and Python come to mind.

Tommy offers free accounts at midnight UTC each day, but they're basically a lottery considering they fill in about 15 seconds due to demand. Donating will get you a Tommy account without the hassle of trying to get a free one. $1 will get you an invite for Tommy, and $6 will get you an invite to Tommy plus double space (2000MB) on the Tommy account.

Note that ASPX has to be requested on Tommy, so please post on the forum asking for it after you create the account if you want that.

Thank you wolstech!

I would like to know also if Tommy Server is supporting all the major programming language what is with the Johnny Server?

By the way, what is the difference between the two Tommy & Johnny server?

Thank you in advance!

Tommy is meant as a fast production server, whereas Johnny is meant for experimentation and other tasks where uptime and speed are not important.

As for features, Tommy and Johnny are similar. The differences in features are primarily just the availability of ASPX support and AutoSSL on Tommy at this point. In the past, Johnny offered older ASPX and Ruby on Rails for those who needed it, but these are no longer offered.

Please activate also to support aspx and ruby on rails once my account has been transferred on Tommy Server.

Thanks a lot!

Loreto

The account has been moved to Tommy. Krydos needs to enable the ASP.NET support for you now.

@Krydos: Johnny failed to clean up httpd.conf for his account during the move. Not sure if this will be an issue or not. The account did move to Tommy though.
