All of the archived accounts on Johnny should now be available through our backup system at

https://www.heliohost.org/backup/

If you want to move to Tommy or Ricky for free the first step is downloading your backup. Next, create your new account at https://www.heliohost.org/signup/ and then restore your backup. If you're a donor an admin can move your old Johnny account to Tommy for you. This allows you to skip the hassle of trying to be fast enough to get one of the limited number of accounts per day that are available, and all of your files and domains and settings will be set up for you on the new server. For more information on how to donate see https://www.heliohost.org/donate/ Let us know if you have any questions or need help with anything.
This is an unmonitored account for announcements only.

My download link shows

	cpmove-mail2ftp.tar.gz 2018-08-08 14:07 331K
	mail2ftp.tar.gz 2018-05-07 18:51 385K

The second link (old backup) works OK, but the first link gives (subdirectory name redacted)

All of the backups are doing that for some reason...

Also, your accounts are a bit of a mess because it seems like your account is on all 3 servers at the moment...archived on Johnny, a new one on Ricky that doesn't work (shows inactive page for Johnny???), and apparently one on Tommy as well that was unaccounted for in the system (I tried just moving your archive for you since you're our longest-term customer and just have a static HTML site...it blew up due to the existing Tommy account and a domain conflict with the Ricky account you made).

Let me get this mess cleaned up for you...

OK...

Please check your PMs for details on what I did for you, however I've gotten your website up and running for you :) http://mail2ftp.heliohost.org

Do you want your forum accounts combined? You now have mailftp, mail2ftp, and Lena. Lena is your original and the one associated with the fixed account.

No backup and no signup available !

It's not that important to recover an archive, I can start from scratch

Anyway, I'm getting the following "messages"

Backup

I cannot find a backup for iopen and ..opensource@... You could try again, or open a ticket to see if an admin can help you find your backup.

Signup

If you would like to continue using this account you will need to request that an admin unarchive it

Sorry, it was a permissions issue. I should have checked the backups to make sure they were downloadable.

I cannot delete my account

We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as active. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error.

And i cannot signup to start from scratch

Just sign up again on another server. You can't delete an archived account. If you're a donor, I can just move the archive to another server for you and restore it there if you prefer.
