[Solved] change email

When you click the arrow next to your user name in the top right hand corner of your cPanel you should see a button labeled "Contact Information". The same button can be found in the "Preferences" section of your cPanel. This section is usually located at the bottom of the page above the "Softaculous Apps Installer" section (assuming that you haven't changed the order of the sections in your cPanel).

When you click on either of these buttons you see an option to change the email address associated with your account. If you change your email address here then it should update everywhere except the forum. It may take several hours for the change to synchronize with the systems so the website may not recognize your new address right away.

To change the address associated with your forum account you will need to click your username on the top right hand corner of any forum page and then click the "My Settings" option. You should then see an option called "Email & Password" on the left of the page. Clicking this should take you to a page where you can update the email address on your forum account. You will need to validate the new address after you change it.

This link https://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?app=core&module=usercp&tab=core&area=email should take you directly to the Email & Password page mentioned above where you can change the address on your forum account. I can't give you a direct link to change your cPanel address because I don't know which server you are on.
