The username is "vinws" and the domain is "vinws.org". As the account is suspended and I can not retrieve it, I would like someone to delete it, so I can release my domain. Thank you in advance! Please delete that here: http://heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete For me to change an account's email address, you generally need to be able to receive mail at the existing one first to prove you own the account (it's a gmail address). Also, the new address cannot be hosted on the account itself (in this case, the account's new email address cannot end in @vinws.org), so I need a different address as well. Hello, I deleted my new account. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my old emails (herberth.leao@gmail.com and vinwsfoundation@gmail.com), since I deleted them some time ago. And Google does not allow them to be re-created. My new emails are leao@vinws.org and dev@vinws.org. What alternative can I use to redeem my account or at least delete it so I can recreate it? The only Gmail I have, besides these, that can be used for this recovery, is vinwsf@gmail.com. PS: Remembering that I have already deleted the current one.PS2: I can prove that I am the owner of the domain linked to the account (vinws.org). Awaiting return! I'll let Krydos handle this, but I suspect the easiest solution will be to just send you an invite to the vinwsf@gmail.com address for a new account... Lets see what Krydos says. Krydos Posted December 28, 2018 Share Posted December 28, 2018 Yeah, if you can't get access to gmail account we have on file anymore your old account is lost. The reason you can't use a whatever@vinws.org email address is because that domain would be hosted on the account. If there was a problem with the account we wouldn't be able to send you an email about it because the account that hosts the email address would have a problem. Just use your new gmail account to sign up again. I changed the domain on the archived account so it shouldn't block you from using that domain now.
