Yesterday, I opened my account afer a while and my account has been deleted due to inactivity, and seems can't be reactivate and you suggest me to backup my file and re-signup again. I skipped backup and re-signed up again using same email address like above username before. After receiveing verification email, I must've wait 20 hour, due to tommy server has been full.

 

and today, i reopened the verify email and seems srver still full and must wait again for 20 hour.

 

What is this? Looks like I've been forced to pay for it.

Your old account no longer exists so it cannot be restored.

 

Your experience signing up again is normal. All of our servers open at midnight UTC each day and fill within minutes, so you need to attempt to sign up at that time. Tommy offers very few free accounts each day, and these fill in as little as 6-10 seconds after opening due to demand, making it difficult or impossible to get an account on for free.

 

Ricky and Johnny usually accepts accounts for anywhere between 30 minutes up to an hour or two most days, but be aware that these offerings, while much easier to get, suffer from poor performance in exchange for their easier registration.

 

For reference, you can see the availability of registrations here by server. http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ (note that Tommy did open, but because this monitor has a 2 minute resolution, the monitor can not detect him opening because he fills too fast).

* Because of the queue (I check dozens of servers) for most of the time my monitor check the HelioHost 16 seconds after full minute (every two minutes) and usually at 00:00:16 UTC it's already too late to register on Tommy.

So I keep refereshing, and Ricky's available, and there's... I ended up on ricky.. well I take the chance.

It fills in less than 10 seconds, so yes, at 1 minute past it has been full for 50+ seconds.

 

Everybody wants to be on that server, but the server only has so many resources. If we allowed everyone who wanted to be on Tommy to have an account, it'd perform horribly like the others...
