GENERAL INFORMATION

Hi guys,

First of all, thank you for letting me use your services.

I've transfered my domain 'professorparticular.info' (http://aulas.heliohost.org/professorparticular.info)

to heliohost. I already set it to Cloudflare pointing my dns to them.

As I got to my homepage I got a heliohost information asking to renew the account. I clicked on the button. Please let me know if there's something else I have to do to make my account active and renewed.

Thanks, once again

Ricky is like that. He works fine, but is rather slow simply because the server hardware is just old (2005). The only server with "normal" loading speeds is Tommy, but it's basically impossible to get onto for free anymore due to demand (we offer free signups at midnight UTC every day, but they fill in <10 seconds). Most people donate to get a Tommy account these days ($1 will do, and you can keep the account forever as long as you log in once a month).

You can see overall server performance for the various servers here: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ Even Tommy has been a bit busy today.

I still see cloudflare nameservers https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=dns%3aprofessorparticular.info&run=toolpage

You're welcome to use cloudflare, but while you are you won't be able to get much support from us other than "use ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org" because cloudflare blocks us from being able to see anything about the domain by design, and we don't have any access to their system. The way we recommend using cloudflare is get everything set up the way you want so it works, and then switch to cloudflare and have them copy our working settings. If you're unable or unwilling to use our nameservers you'll need to contact cloudflare for support.

Both http://www.professorparticular.info/ and http://professorparticular.info/ are working fine for me now, and both show the same page as expected.

If one of them doesn't work for you, it's likely a stale cache somewhere. Give it 24 hours fir everything to settle, and I would suggest that you clear your cache again as well.
