Guest icn
Hi Could you start AutoSSL for my domain (icnsoft.ml, username icn, on server Ricky)? Thanks
wolstech
The system thinks it already has a valid certificate for that domain, which is odd since it's using one that definitely doesn't have that domain listed on it. Manually running AutoSSL and restarting Apache didn't help. Lets see what Krydos said.
Krydos
AutoSSL doesn't work if you're using cloudflare. https://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=icnsoft.ml&rec=NS
Guest icn
I don't use Cloudflare for its CDN, only for its DNS service. Anyway it worked. Thanks.
wolstech
CF doesn’t really offer a “true” DNS only solution. Even if you disable the caching/CDN features, the request still passes through them. If you do an nslookup on a cloudflare’d domain, It’s going to return an IP that’s not ours, even if the caching/CDN is disabled. As long as it doesn’t return our IP, autossl will not work. Guest icn
It doesn't do that for me... But I guess I have to take your word for it. Thanks for answering anyway.
Krydos
To make things a bit simpler: Check https://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=icnsoft.ml&rec=A if it says 64.62.211.134 then AutoSSL will work. If it says any other IP AutoSSL will not work.
