To my firm belief neither I have implemented any unethical practice on my website nor overused any resource. My website is basic Web Template which has no server side load. I have checked it on other devices, also cleared the cache. Please check again and unsuspend the account as soon as possible. Secondly I havent used it for sending any types of email. As I remember I have only one email forwarder and haven't created any custom email. And that forwarded email hardly received emails. Please specify which emails so that I can keep a watch in future. I just did some research into the account, and the bad news is it appears your account was hacked and used for Phishing. Not only did it send a large quantity of phishing email, there's also a Chase bank phishing website hosted on it. An invite has been sent for a replacement account. One of the undeliverable errors for a failed phishing email is copied below as an example. We do not provide any files from accounts that are banned for phishing, so if you don't already have them, you need to consider them lost. At least one file on your account appears to possibly contain stolen personal information, and since we don't know what else might be hiding on there, we can't provide anything. You do need to pick a new username since your current one is attached to the banned account. If it says your domain is not available, sign up with a different one (e.g. webcyclein.heliohost.org) and I'll change it to the correct one for you manually once you've gotten the account created. Please don't keep testing server rather that Production which has 99.9% uptime I will start the website from scratch or if there's any copy in my PC I will upload that It would be highly appreciated.
