wolstech Posted February 12, 2019 Share Posted February 12, 2019 Make sure you use the full username for it ftpname@domain.heliohost.org. That's the most common issue I've seen. Also, be sure you're using plain unsecured FTP on port 21 to connect. Additional FTP accounts do not support SFTP, and we do not support FTP over TLS at all.
