[Solved] Lost packets / poor connection from China

The ping speed packet loss rate is too serious. It is not as good as before. Is there a CPANEL panel with a higher version number than the previous one? As for the lack of independent IP, it would be fine. Could you please change the server of the updated CPANEL panel? Thank you

Ricky (our slowest server at the moment) has the newest version we support. Johnny is second, and Tommy is oldest. There are no plans to upgrade the servers at this time. Please note that the cpanel version does not affect speed either...Tommy just has more load than Johnny at the moment (which is odd considering Tommy is usually our fastest server). If you want the latest cPanel, you will need to be moved to Ricky, which is not advised (it will cause your site to be very slow).

All of our servers are running at near-normal speeds at the moment, however higher ping times are normal for some users in Asia due to distance (I've seen 200ms when testing through VPNs). In the USA, ping time of 70ms isn't uncommon and is basically normal. Tommy is the best server for stability though. Johnny and Ricky see slowness from load a lot.

All of our metrics and history can be seen here: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ (For accuracy reasons, this monitor is not owned or operated by HelioHost. It represents an independent party's view of our services' current and historical performance)

I have repeatedly tested the IP between Tommy and Ricky. Tommy has a large packet loss rate, but there are more than 60% packet loss rate, and Ricky is about 40%. The former has a larger packet loss rate than the latter. Do you see this? Or help me change back to the previous Ricky server, can I add a separate IP?

Split from donation topic. Lets see what Krydos says, but I can't reproduce these results, so I suspect there's something on your end causing it.

We have numerous users here who live in China, and you're the only one having such a performance issue.

Ping statistics for 65.19.143.6:
Packets: Sent = 3372, Received = 3372, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 62ms, Maximum = 316ms, Average = 71ms
I'm thinking the packet loss you're seeing has something to do with your internet connection. I'm 2500 km from the servers too so it's not like they're in my backyard either. Some other people can test this too if they want. Just type ping 65.19.143.6 -t on windows command line, and then press ctrl-c to see the final report when you get bored of letting it run.
