Using Filezilla (3.24.0 and 3.41.2), I tried using SFTP via Filezilla on both Linux and Windows, but I keep getting the following in the log console: Status: Connecting to johnny.heliohost.org:1373...Response: fzSftp started, protocol_version=8Command: open "-----@johnny.heliohost.org" 1373Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivityError: Could not connect to serverStatus: Waiting to retry... (Note I replaced my account name with hyphens) I also tried using fzSftp directly, but it just hangs after the following output in the console (even with verbose flag): 0fzSftp started, protocol_version=83psftp: Using userhost passed on commandline: johnny.heliohost.org However, I can connect and transfer files to my account via normal FTP. I'd really like to use SFTP, since I don't feel secure using FTP. I've tried looking for solutions online to no avail. I came across a similar post on HelioNet and someone mentioned that the router seems to be blocking the outbound connection for port 1373. If that is situation I'm facing, which ports would I have to unblock?Currently, the firewall settings in my router's admin panel doesn't seem to be showing any filters, so I'm quite stumped unfortunately... You have reached this page on port 1373.Your network allows you to use this port. (Assuming that your network is not doing advanced traffic filtering.)Network service: unknown ---- Port 1373 test successful! That's a fabulous tool by the way. Thank you!
