If you are having trouble logging in FTP account, try these settings and see if that works: Host: johnny.heliohost.orgPort: 1373Protocol: SFTPLogon type: NormalUser: <your cpanel username>Password: <same as cpanel> Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
