debajyot Posted May 22, 2019 Share Posted May 22, 2019 Before changing the main domain,it was debajyo2.heliohost.org and there was a free ssl from cpanel and after changing the main domain to debajyoti.cf ,the cPanel ssl is not generated for the new domain..So can you please generate the ssl for the domain or guide me for this same?? wolstech Posted May 22, 2019 Share Posted May 22, 2019 How long ago did you change it? It takes up to 24 hours for it to generate after changing or adding a domain. If it has been more than 24 hours, you probably have a forced ssl redirect or .htaccess file that is preventing it from working. Make sure the .well-known folder is accessible over PLAIN HTTP so the domain verification can work. Redirects or forcing SSL connections on your website will break autossl.
