can you ran command :

ALTER TABLE spatial_ref_sys OWNER TO hiruma_hito

or this command :

GRANT ALL ON TABLE spatial_ref_sys TO hiruma_monitor

I need a query that use spatial_ref_sys table to do, so everytime the query executed, it will fail
