Upload the files with ftp or file manager, and use the “restore a MySQL backup” option on the backup page to restore DBs (be sure to unpack first, you need to upload the .sql file, not the tar.gz file).

Please do not PM me for support. Posting on our forums lets all of us learn.

Internal Server Error on ricky today.

Got the database working, after hours of resetting the password for the account.

Is anybody having this error? I know that jenovaon said to wait, but it apparently is causing problems right now.

Ricky has a high load due to people from Tommy signing in, people importing their backups, etc.

EDIT: Above might be the reason why you got error 500 on your site.

EDIT 2: Never mind. It was the permissions.

Yeah that's pretty obvious you know, with the recent Tommy crash. People are migrating hastily after retrieving their backups.

Tommy has been formatted. None of the previous accounts exist on Tommy. Also, Tommy's just got the cPanel installed of late. They're are many pending configurations to be done.

When he's ready to be made public an announcement will be made following which you can recreate your account.
