wolstech
Upload the files with ftp or file manager, and use the “restore a MySQL backup” option on the backup page to restore DBs (be sure to unpack first, you need to upload the .sql file, not the tar.gz file). Sn1F3rt
Probably Ricky was down at that time. Try again after sometime.
flazepe
Ricky has a high load due to people from Tommy signing in, people importing their backups, etc. EDIT: Above might be the reason why you got error 500 on your site. EDIT 2: Never mind. It was the permissions.
Sn1F3rt
Yeah that's pretty obvious you know, with the recent Tommy crash. People are migrating hastily after retrieving their backups.

mrj
Seems like Tommy is back! Any information about Tommy? Like when going to open tommy sign ups?
Sn1F3rt
Tommy has been formatted. None of the previous accounts exist on Tommy. Also, Tommy's just got the cPanel installed of late. They're are many pending configurations to be done. When he's ready to be made public an announcement will be made following which you can recreate your account.
