A new hard drive has been installed but he must be reconfigured and tested before he can be used again. Current estimates are that he should be available again in early September and you will receive an invite to create an account we he is available to use again. In the meantime, if you need an account now, you can create an account on Ricky or Johnny and have that account moved back to Tommy at a later date. Donating at least USD$1 will let you skip the queue (just post the Donation method and transaction ID here). Once you have an account (on any server) you can extract the files that you need from your backup and upload them to your account. Any domains that you want to reuse will need to have their DNS records cleared by a root admin first but you can make a post requesting that.
