Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/A

Hello HelioHost friends. I am not sure if I got this right: my site was
hosted at Tommy I think (username: jd) and is affected by the ongoing
maintenance process. If I got it right I should recreate my site from my
backup to Ricky and then get it transferred to Tommy. In that case since I
recently donated am I eligible for an invite? Also if I get an invite will
I be able to use the same username? Thank you!

First of all, how did you donate? And if you want to use the same username, we will need your forum username so that we can rename it for you.

Hello again. I donated last April in the GoFundMe campain for the Sparkie
Server. It was 5,00 USD via Paypal with transaction id: 763941691G802374T.

My account username is: jd. However my forum username seems to be different
(sklpns).

Krydos is the only one who can verify that, so it may be a while before he sees this. I can only verify regular Paypal and Skrill donations.

 

Normally I'd just agree to send it due to the wait, but I can't find his old account. No such account exists (under either jd or sklpns).

I check in the backup system. It turns out the tool in question is just terrible at sorting stuff alphabetically...

Got the invite, thank you very much. However when I login with the username
under which I created the account (jd) I get the following message:

Account Status

That account has been backed up and then taken offline due to extended
maintenance on the server that you were on. Occasionally we need to rebuild
our servers to keep them operating at peak performance. This process
usually takes a week or so. In the meantime we recommend downloading your
backup , and then creating a new account
. You can follow us on Twitter
and like us on Facebook
for the latest news. Once your
server is operational again we will make a news post, and then you will be
able to transfer your account back to the server you were on if you want
to. If you need help with anything please don't hesitate to contact support
.

Is it normal? jd was the username I was using in the server that was under
maintenance. I thought I could use it right away in Ricky. Have I done
something wrong? Should I have used the forum username (jd1).

Did you try to signup with the same domain as you had before and what was it?
